I had fallen and could not get up. Bay Alarm contacted 911, and they came and helped me. They were there when I needed them, or I couldn't have gotten up on my own. Thank you!

Today I spoke with Bay Alarm customer service and they resolved all my issues. The man who answered listened carefully and understood the problems I had had and resolved them. The supervisor insisted on talking with me to apologize for all the issues/problems I encountered. She was not only professional but could put herself in my place and understand my frustration with the previous service. She spoke to me as one human to another and not as just a representative of a company. I own a business, talk daily to customers, and know from long experience that listening and proper treatment of customers is the key to success, not just having quality products, and I appreciate how I was treated today by Bay Alarm Medical.

Staff were so helpful. I liked how I could deal with one rep. I called back several times with questions and was able to talk to the same rep until I made my final decision. It is very reassuring to know our elderly aunt is just a push of a button away from help if she needs it.

We are very happy with our Bay Alarm system. The customer service is excellent and so was the response time from the fire dept when we accidentally set it off. Hopefully we will never need it in an emergency but it gives us a lot of peace of mind.

The unit was shipped fast and installation was easy and quick. The response by the monitoring center is excellent. This systems gives me and my father great peace of mind.
