I would highly recommend this alarm company. I got this for my mom after my father died. They have been GREAT!!!!!!! She has had to push her button 3 times in the last 2 months because she had fallen. EMS came right away and Bay Alarm called me right away. Great service. Customer service has been awesome!

We feel that Mom is much safer at home by herself. She wears the wristband and does not feel it interferes with her everyday routine. I work at a Home Health Agency and your company ranks #1 with us. So when it came time for my Mom to need some assistance at home you were the company we chose, hands down.

a highly uncomfortable rash that is very itchy and most discomfortable. The rash is very hot and is very painful. In the mean time I have switched to the wrist band with the white white faced band.

We called Bay Alarm Medical with many questions and they were professionally and clearly answered by Customer Service Representative Trisha Howshall. Trisha was light years ahead of the former company we used, in terms of quality of service and excellent phone manner. She was clear, friendly, understanding, direct, polite, and caring. We are very happy with our initial dealings with Bay Alarm Medical and are hopeful that the system we will now be using will be just as effective as Trisha was as your Customer Service Representative.

This is an outstanding product and service that I carefully researched and compared to other similar services before purchasing. VERY satisfied. Absolutely no regrets.

Bay Alarm has been so friendly and understanding when responding to our initial false alarms. (I hug my wife many times per day, and some times I set off her pendant.) So the alarm works as advertised. The receiver is loud and clear and easy to use. And the Bay Alarm reps are as friendly and courteous as you'll ever find. We are 100% satisfied with Bay Alarm Medical.

I called to ask a gazillion questions to research Bay Alarm. Jessica Caraballo answered all of my questions with excellent knowledge, professionalism and courtesy. Everything you'd want when making that call! (The beeping to indicate that the call was being recorded was annoying. I had to ask Jessica to repeat the information a few times.)
