I have had the Bay Alarm system a relatively short time but have already expressed my satisfaction to several friends.

I haven''t had a crisis so I have not needed to activate the system. That reminds me to test the systme today whit the main dispatcher.

I got the Bay Alarm Medical pendant for my elderly mother. Now I can rest easy and be assured that if she fell she would be able to get help immediately. No pressure to sign up when I called customer service and operators at the control center have been polite whenever we test the system.

The system was easy to set up. We did call for support and they were very helpful. We fortunately have not had to use the system but confident that they will respond appropriately if and when we need to use it.

So far we really like Bay alarm systems. My mother is 83 and lives alone. She sometimes accidentally sets off the alarm on her necklace. The reps are extremely patient and kind to her. It is so! comforting to know she is safe and has help should she need it right away. We love it

I have only had the service for a couple of months. I live alone now and feel much safer knowing they are watching out for me. My alert button has triggered accidentally a few times (at least I know it works, lol) and everyone who has responded has been so friendly and calm. They always address me by name and they ensure everything is definitely ok before they disconnect the call.

Knowing that I have a button to push to reach Bay Alarm gives me the security I need especially when in the shower.
