I did have to call for help after I had Bay Alarm Medical necklace just a few weeks. My legs gave out & I fell on my bed, on my stomach. But since I just had shoulder surgery I just NOT suppose to use my arms to lift myself up. Bay Alarm was there & so were the EMTs within 10 minutes. I had slipped to the floor by then & one of the EMTs was able to pick me up very gently & put me back on my scooter. I'm so happy that I have my Bay Alarm system, it really works.

This is the second time we are using Bay Alarm Medical. Both of my parents were alive the first time we needed to use their services. During our emergency they were quick to answer, called the emergency services and stayed with us til they got there. Made me feel really safe. For the price of less than a dollar a day, I would recommend their service to anyone which is why we are keeping my mother on the service.

I did as recommended, and the system was spot on. In an absence from my residence I received a phone call on my cell and was told that the electric was down at my residence. That was great to know, and I checked with NV Energy who said the electricity was down and restored. Great service from Bay Alarm. I feel comfortable since I have had Bay Alarm. I have Multiple Sclerosis, and falls can happen in unpredictably. I am able to get up, however if I fell and injured myself that may not be the case. It is nice to know that I have a button to push that will get help for me if required.

I had issues with getting the base unit to work, enough internet strength to work consistently but I pushed the help button and connected by phone and had a very friendly and helpful person who stuck with me and my technical inadequacy to get it done correctly!

I've yet to need the device since I purchased it but both times the company was sent an alarm - when I gave it a practice run and a time when the button was accidentally pressed - the staff responded immediately and most pleasantly, giving me the assurance that should I ever actually need them for real, they will be there for me.

I recently had the alarm system with the GPS sent to my father. He is elderly and is a fall risk. When I activated the unit I was able to test both the wrist band which has a 1,000 foot range from the unit at the house and the GPS which tracks the location of the person wearing it. We have not had any emergencies at this point but feel secure that if the time comes he will be taken care of in short order. Before ordering the system I went on line and found that Bay is the #1 rated system and by testing the system they have not disappointed.
