Everyone one I've had contact with has been so helpful and pleasant. We've had several false alarms and the Bay Alarm staff have been professional, courteous and efficient.

We have had no problems with Bay Alarm. I originally signed up for a wrist band alarm, but found that being in a wheelchair I was accidentally setting off the alarm. So I switched to the necklace instead. They were very polite about the false alarms. More importantly, they were there when the alarms weren't false and got me help immediately.

The ordering process was simple with no feeling of pressure from the company rep. The equipment arrived in a timely manner. Installation was straightforward with activation on our first attempt. We have only been set up for a few weeks so I cannot report how the responce would be regarding an emergency situation. I do feel confident however that the system would work as advertized. Our only issue was the necklace holding the pendant did come apart as my mother was doing some weeding in the yard.
