Bay Alarm has been very professional to work with. Fortunately, I have not yet had to call them on an emergency basis. Setting up the equipment was easy. A few times I have accidentally pressed the call button and they have always answered promptly,compassionately and politely. I have had no problems with billing either.

Thus far I've been fortunate, with not a single mishap, but good luck can't last forever. Sooner or later I will take a fall or break a leg or have a heart attack or something catastrophic; when that occurs the little magic button on the string around my neck will get me help immediately, no matter what the hour or the day. I know that's so because I test it monthly, and it never fails: Someone very competent and courteous always answers and is eager to be helpful.

System has been great. One issue is making sure it is reset after a false alarm so it is ready for the next call.

Whenever help is needed to set the Bay Alarm system or actually use the alarm system someone is always available. I live alone and over the age of 60, with Bay Alarm in my apartment, I feel very secure,

Good about contacting emergency contacts when there is any type of emergency or issues (low battery, weather, etc.)

I still had not finished my application, but lost my balance one evening. I was in my living room, but could not reach a phone. I pressed the button and heard the operator from my landline location. I asked that she call my sister. She did and my sister contacted her grandson. They both came over and Roland pulled me up to sit in my big chair. It worked well because I was not badly hurt.
