After much review of different companies available this one had the best reviews and products for us. Trial tested the alarm and got immediate responce. VERY reasurring for when I'm away and husband might have an emergency.

This company has been great. My dad passed and my mom was at my house and we had not sent the system back and they had not received a test signal and they called everyone one the list to please check the system. To me that was above and beyond

I have been rushed to the hospital 3 times now "resptory failure", & doctors of the er told i would bot of made it, if it weren't for friends that just happened to be visiting, i live alone and my boyfriend got me the Bay Medical Alert. I thank goodness i have not yet had to push the simple little buttom on my alert device, BUT I SURE DO FEEL AWHOLE ALOT SAFER, AND IT NRINGS ME PEACE-of-MIND. A few days ago my doorbell rang at 8:30am. It was my next door neighbor who was so happy to see me up, dressed and alright. I had np idea what he was talking about. Bay Alarm was alerted that my alarm was not on & my phones were not working. They called my daughter who called my neighbor to check on me. Thank you for your quick response Baty I was not aware that I had flipped the switch off that powered both. Fortunately, I was fine and it made me feel so much safer that Bay Alarm Medical responded to this so quickly!
