Tripped over blind dog, fell into tub, shower door wall against one side blocking way to pull up, wedged against wall other side could only move fingers, activated alarm around neck, local fire department came in minutes, actually saved my life. Bay alarm medical has been very accommodating when I visit my daughter. We take the equipment with us, change the phone number and address and test it. The staff has always been helpful, friendly & professional.

It was a fall by my handicap husband taking me down with him that convinced us it was time for a home alert system. Needed help with initial setup and 1 call to customer service had us up and running. Customer service was extremely helpful and friendly. We push the alarm once a month to test the system and the response is always fast and friendly. Don't know why we waited so long to sign up.

Had one false alarm and the response was quick .Happy to know it is here, waiting for a real problem, should one arise.

We've had to use the alarm service a couple of times and emergency help was alerted quickly. Yes, I would recommend the company. Wish a bracelet was offered in the initial setup.

Since my other half has been away much of the time for work I find myself alone most nights. This never bothered me when I was younger but now that I am a senior I felt a bit uncomfortable knowing that there is always that possibility that the unexpected could occur while I am alone. The Bay Alarm Medical was the perfect answer and I can sleep confidently knowing that should a problem arise I can call for help immediately. I hope I never have to use it but it is nice knowing it is there. It also gives me protection when I am outside working in my yard.
