New to this service. So far they have been very helpful in setting up and testing the equipment. Thankfully have not had to test the service for a real life emergency!

Caring and friendly service, The unit is easy to install The best decision I made since I turned 82 and it gives my kids peace of mind. I looked at other units but Bay alarm medical came up as the winner for me!

Tested it and the person called within 1 minute. Thus far great service and no problems. Easy setup and would recommend the product!

Couldn't be happier with the ease of installation and the response received when we triggered several accidental calls for help. They were right on the line asking if everything was ok. The peace of mind is priceless!

I tried the GreatCall Lively GPS model and after 5 devices in 2 months I gave up. They just kept dying.The Bay Medical GPS model works. I have had it for 2 months and tested it several times and it works. It doesn't have some features of the GreatCall but what's important is IT WORKS! Customer services has been very help when I call and ask questions.
