I am very happy that I signed up with Bay Medical. For the most part, they have been exceptionally responsive and helpful. There was one incident when the alarm sounded, my parent were contacted and still EMT was called. If my parents respond to the phone call, the established protocol says the incident is over. Why were EMT services called?

I had an account with them for one year and decided not to renew. However due to their auto renewal policy there are charging me for a second year. Even though I have returned their equipment and informed them that I will no longer be needing their services. They have resolved my issue.

Hi there - Our records indicate at this time that the equipment has not been returned. The services will remain active until the device is returned in working condition as our systems are leased. To avoid renewal, we would need our equipment back in our office at least postmarked prior to the billing date. Initial tests working well, but bracelet got ripped off my wrist in a fall, and I wouldn't have been able to use it had I needed to. Initial order requested a bracelet, but they sent a pendant. Trip to postoffice to return pendant inconvenient.

It was great to find an American based company with employees that speak proper English! Thankfully, we have not needed them for an emergency yet. The company does seem to have a problem separating the person being monitored from the person who is paying the bill. I have and will recommend them to friends and family.

My aging Mother was recently widowed and showed some signs of dementia. She insisted all was right and our family wanted to agree but were in denial. Predictably, she fell, broke her hip and lied on the floor all night long til a neighbor found her. We purchased a Bay Alarm system immediately. The test setup worked like a charm. I had every confidence in the product. The downfall??? I couldn't get my Mother to wear either the necklace or bracelet. That's the only criticism I have.
