Had for 3 years quick response great phone staff

I have recommended this to several people. The time used it they helped me by calling someone for me.

I accidentally press the alert button a few times and was surprised by the speed of respond I received, loud and clear asking about my needs.

Is it a great piece of mind. Even when I accidentally hit the button some one get on immediately to make sure I am ok. Approximately 2 weeks after getting the system I went outside on my deck and fell and couldn't get up the ambulance was at my door in minutes, which was a good thing because I had broken a vertebra in my back. Thank you.

We reviewed a number of medical alarm providers to compare cost, service, and customer satisfaction. Bay Alarm Medical had the right combination for us. Fortunately, our interaction with their monitoring service so far has been limited to testing the alarm. However, their operators spoke in a clear and caring manner to make sure everything was OK.
