I fell on the floor at about 3:30 in the morning as I was getting up for the toilet. I pushed my Bay alarm and the response was immediate. I was so happy that I could get help instead of lying on the cold floor until I could get someone's attention. That would have been next day at the earliest because I have no neighbors who could hear me yell. This is really worth it.

No emergencys so far, but the folks who answered the tests were great, very professional, courteous and thorough. We don't anticipate any problems.

I'm a very recent client who thought that I would have your service 'just in case,' never realizing that 'just in case' would occur so soon. Although my 84 year old Mother who lives by herself has not had an emergency I am impressed with the service she has received. Bay Alarm Medical called my phone as well as others to let us know by automation that her Alarm that goes with her when she leaves the house (GPS Alarm) was not charged. I had been working with her to try to get her to remember to plug it in when she gets back home. Now she knows it will tell on her when she does not. It is a secure feeling. Also that same weekend she lost power and they called me to let me know her system was not working. After checking on it it was just a power issue. It is of great comfort for both of us to know they are paying attention even when she is not pushing her button. Thank you Bay Alarm Medical!

We had a couple of hiccups setting the system up, but with the kind assistance of the customer service rep I contacted, we determined that the solution was to swap the original system with the cellular unit. Testing the unit was simple after that, and upon testing the unit, response was quick, courteous, and very pleasant. We have great peace of mind knowing that help is just a button push away!

Very easy to get. Very easy to set it up. Tested good. No problems system works. Haven't had an emergency yet. So far so good.

The design of the mobile device makes it very easy for my mom to use it when necessary, but yet not press the button by accident. When she did a test, the Bay Alarm Medical team responded quickly and was very helpful.
