Bay Alarm Medical worked with my family as a team. There were several members of my family involved in obtaining the personal alert call button and a GPS call system for our parents. We talked with Bay Alarm Medical customer service several times and the people we spoke with had access to our information, so we didn't have to explain everything again. We appreciate their helpfulness.

I have had to use the alarm numerous times & their representatives answer the call promptly & are so very nice & courteous.
