In the last two months we have had to use the service three times. Each time it worked like a charm and the fire department & in the case of one of the times the ambulance arrived quickly. For certain Bay Alarm Medical is a life saver.

Sales person was very helpful & kind. I have already referred a few friends The tech people were very aware of my phone & internet, which made it easier.

I accidently set the alarm off - it worked very well. Relatively easy set-up

Very good customer service, no complaints at all. Luckily I haven't had to use the emergency button to call for help, I'm sure if it happens it will go very well. I like Bay Medical a lot and will be glad to recommend them should the occasion arise! Ilse Korey

Our dad has recently had some major medical issues and although we alternate staying with him nightly, we all have full time jobs so we can't be with him all day. Therefore, after doing much research on various medical alarm companies, I chose Bay Alarm and have no complaints. We have tested it out and one day my granddaughter got a hold of his fall necklace, dropped it and sure enough we received a "call" from the voice box, such great reassurance. We chose the necklace because when we're not there, if he falls and hits his head, we want to be sure someone is aware and this gives us great peace of mind.

Have not had an occasion to use it.

My mother is happy with the equipment and the service is a great value. I pay for the service and I am located 360 miles from my mother who actually has the equipment set up. My only comment is the communication between Bay Alarm Medical, my mother who uses the service, and the person picking up the tab (that would be me) could be smoother. It seems communications are geared more toward a traditional two way service and not customized for the three way set up. It is even more complicated because my mother does not use a computer, smartphone, or email. Still, I can't complain too much because she is happy with the equipment, especially the wristband button. Fortunately, she has not had to initiate an emergency response. Also happy with no false alarms.

My only complaint is the wrist band. It is very hard to put on with one hand. Diane Egan
