Dad needed your service about a week after it was activated. Worked perfectly. Thank you. We have the fall detection and when he puts it down sometimes on the counter it goes off and your operators are always on asking him if he needs help. I don't know if the sensitivity can be adjusted but it's a little too sensitive. I thought no you're doing a great service for us.
