Very professional and timely receipt of my unit.

The purchase experience was an easy process and set up was very easy

Very happy with the service and peace of mind that this service brings. The only thing that has been encountered is the necklace came apart from the button. It is only glued...and should be affixed in a different manner. We re-glued the necklace to the button. It's functional, but a little worrisome that it will happen again.

The one con is that the bracelet closure is abrasive and scrapes against my other arm and makes it bleed. This definitely needs improvement!

Easy and timely service

So far I have tested the unit and it has worked fine but had trouble with Lanyard. It is too long so I shortened it with adjustment button-then it became too bulky at top of neck and became very uncomfortable to wear. Called Bay Alarm-no help. Went on line to purchase shorter one but no luck. Finally went to tailor who cut it in half-removed bulky area an patched it together-now it is good

I would like to feel safe when I am away from home, so was a bit miffed when I found no instructions came with the unit, which admittedly, I have not yet tested.

Seems a little too long in responding when press help button. Responders are always completely kind and caring
