This company was chosen by me, due to the fact that the reviews from other subscriber's were very positive, and the monthly price was very reasonable I have spoken to the team of employees on several occasions and they have been very thorough and very polite with me on the phone. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of service over any other of the other companies that provide similar products etc..

I am a fairly new customer, and so far I haven't fallen so I have not needed your services. However, when I called to find out how to do the monthly check to see if my unit was working properly, the woman explained the procedure very carefully and checked to make sure I had been successful, and I was very impressed. I am very pleased! Margaret Louise Craft

Purchased this for my mother. Man, she did not want it. It was easy to install and the purchase process easy as well. Did I mention she just didn't want it. Well she has accidentally set it off a few times and the friendliness and the professionalism of the call center completely changed her outlook on the device. She wears it constantly when at home and has her help buttons strategically throughout the house. And, the whole family feels better.. Some of the best money we ever spent.

On three separate occasions now I've had to push my help alarm button due to hypoglycemia I don't know who the voices on the other end of the phone box asking me if I need help but they always get the fire department there and I am so very appreciative for the work that they do and the service that you offer it has saved my life

The system is great. It has given me great peace of mind. Thankfully I have not had to call for help. However, just knowing help is available 24/7, I feel very safe.

Your fast and clear response gives a very good feeling of security to a senior living alone.

So far, very pleased. I inadvertently hit my alarm while I was mowing the lawn and before I knew it and not realizing I had done that, a policeman arrived at my home, wanting to know if I was ok. It works! Like I said, so far so good.
