I LIKE THE RESPONSE AND FRIENDLINESS OF THE STAFF THAT YOU HAVE. the staff is very patient and helpful. i am 83 and have Parkinson's. I WOULD LIKE A REGULAR WATCH BAND ON THE WRIST ALARM.

Fell in the shower, took about 5 minutes for first reponders team to come and help myself up.

I feel guilty because I cannot live with my mother, and she cannot live with me. I call her everyday. In between calls Bay Alarm assures me that she is not on the floor crying, "I have fallen and I cant get up". Bay Alarm periodically checks to make sure the system is on and working. I have not had Bay Alarm Medical that long so I can't really review it that well. For the short time that I've had it I must say that it is very good.

As soon as I fall the Bay Alert Medical person is right on the call to find out if I need help and they talk to you to see who is there and what the situation is. It is great peace of mind to know that someone will come if I need them right away.

So far I haven't needed to use the service. However, when we were testing it, after installation, the police, fire department and rescue showed up. That tells me the system works.

I love them they are the best!

Bay Alarm contacted me when my dad fell and was unable to get up on his own. I told them I was on my way to his house and the Bay Alarm operator very wisely asked if I had someone to help me get him up. When I said no, she offered to call the paramedics I had provided information on. She made the phone call and the paramedics arrived shortly after I did. Thank you Bay Alarm for your calm voice & wisdom.
