The system came quicker than expected and was easy to set up. I originally ordered the alert necklace, but decided the bracelet would work better for my mom. The exchange was handled quickly and easily. Fortunately, we've only used the buttons for test so far, but each time the response time was good.

So far I am very happy with my device. I may even have convinced my sister or get one from you. The GPS is absolutely spot on...literally. I tested mine for outside just to see how it worked. I was sitting in my car in my sister's driveway and her exact address was reported by the operator. Excellent!!!

I am very happy with the way you came to my rescue when I fell a few weeks ago and could not get up for anything., I fell around 1:30 AM and knew that I needed help. And then I realized that my little machine was in the kitchen on the charger and I was in the bedroom on the floor. It was around 10;30 the next morning before I finally reached the alarm. I had help within a few minutes and was so happy to see those firemen. May I say, keep your alarm in the bedroom where you sleep. I was lucky this time and would like to caution the folk that purchase Bay Alarm systems.

Recently, I slipped and fell resulting in an injury which has caused me to be on a wheelchair for some months. I thought, and while I was still in a Health Care Facility in Los Gatos, California, to ask for a system that would make me feel safe until I got to my feet again, and most probably, later. when I returned to my house I called Bay Alarm Medical, and they have been very responsive to what they promise. Safety, immediate response to the call from a wearable safety device.
