Fair price, good reviews compared to competition, US based, simple install, and seems to work. What more can a new customer hope for? My 85 y/o mother likes the system and keeps her alarm necklace on her neck 24/7. It definitely helps to have a US based system staffed by people for whom English is a first language. In the event of a possible question we greatly appreciate having a prompt answer from someone who understands us and seems to care about their clientele. Thankfully I've never had to use my emergency apparatus. However I hit the button by accident and one of their customer service People page me immediately through their voice monitor system. I was sitting in an Uber and I had no idea who is talking to me so of course I got a good laugh out of it. However the fact remains I hit the button and they instantly responded.

So far all is OK...I wear the necklace at home all the time .

This is just what I need and I'm happy with it.

I have had one heart attack and am a recent widower; meaning I am at risk and much alone. I wear the GPS locator cube around my neck when I'm driving, walking the half mile to get the mail, shoveling snow--anywhere I'm out of touch with a landline phone. I tested the cube once in town, and the responder in the central office said that he located me on the street beside the door of the public library--which was correct!!

Haven't needed it but when it went off accidently, customer service called right away to check on my mother and the attendant walked her through re-setting the device.
