Purchased the home based unit and GPS unit for my parents. Customer Service rep was truly helpful when trying to decide which services to get. Paperwork was easy enough. Package came quickly and super easy to set up. Loved the attention to details to ensure my parents would have a team of people to assist them when needed.

I called , phone answered immediately-a person- not a machine- prompt answers to my questions -we were cut off, called next day asked for person I had previously spoken Edwardo- recognized my name and proceeded as if never interrupted - as promised received equipment on day expected - had Grandson set up 2 days later - rapid response -when told we were checking set-up person then stayed with us as testing continued . Very satisfied - would recommend company to anyone looking for an Alert System
