I had to disconnect the Bay Alarm equipment because I was leaving Florida and going to Connecticut. I got help from their people and all went smoothly. Tomorrow I have to reconnect it.

Haven't actually had to use the service for emergency, but my disabled husband accidentally hit the button a couple of times and someone responded almost immediately talking to him through speaker and then someone else followed up on phone. I am confident this service will work well in a true emergency and makes me feel more comfortable when I have to leave him alone since all he has to do is push the button. He has a cell phone but sometimes gets confused on how to use it or leaves it in another room, so it might not help in an emergency where the medical alarm will work easily and quickly. Cost is worth the peace of mind.

I am Helen's son and I did the connecting with Bay Alarm. Customer service in both opening the account and setting up the system was excellent. Each person I talked to provided the same professional and quality assistance. 5 stars absolutely.

I have found Bay Alarm to be more than I expected. Too many places make it easy to speak to someone when you are thinking about joining, but not so helpful if you need information or have questions later. However, when I have called after joining, I have always been able to talk to a person (not a recorded message) and they have gone out of their way to answer my questions in a very pleasant manner. That is altogether too rare in today's world, so I give you 5 stars.
