The phone system easily routed me to the correct department. The customer service technician quickly understood my question, researched it and was back with me in minutes with the information I requested. Brilliantly done.

The associate I spoke to, I forget her name unfortunately, was knowledgeable on the products you offer, and very polite. Most important, she had the ability to upgrade our service without needing to transfer me to a supervisor or another person. Great job all around.
