Works when it is worn, although when we needed it one day and pushed the help button nothing happened. Has been fine since that day.

When my grandsons push the help button (always an accident!) or if mom accidentally hits the button whoever comes on to talk to us is very kind and understanding and is careful to appraise the situation to make sure it's not an emergency. So far we haven't had to use it in an actual emergency but someone has always been there very quickly when the button is activated.

No problems with Bay Alarm and much cheaper than a local version.

I have not had to use it yet. I am going to upgrade to a motion sensor pendant.

The service works very well. My mom had an emergency and EMS services were contacted as well as myself. Billing also worked with my mom to continue to provide her monitoring at a reduced annual rate. Thanks...

My father-in-law accidentally set off the alarm 3 times. The button protrudes slightly and not recessed like other brands. He takes it off to sleep, so he doen't set off the alarm. He needs it most in the night.

Unlike other Bay Alarm programs, there appears to be limited options (e.g. device purchasing) for the Medical Alert program.
