Sophia, who answered my call, gave me very clear information about how to set up my emergency call list. She said that she will be available on the weekend to speak in Spanish to someone else to correctly set up and test the equipment. Very helpful and friendly.

The representative (I'm sorry, I didn't catch her name) listened to my question/concern, was genuinely interested in helping, and provided exactly what I needed to resolve my problem. The call was answered immediately and my issue was resolved very fast. If only everyone offered customer service that was this good.

Bay Alarm has been on top of their game, contacting family when mother has fallen and requested assistance. The device she wore around her neck was small enough that she did not mind wearing it and it was the best option for her. She did utilize this device and preferred this device over one she previously had from Life Alert which she found too bulky and left off mostly. Thank you and I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this type of assistance.
