The service was excellent, The price was the most affordable for what they offered. We have some issues at the end after my grandmother passed, but they sorted them out.

I spoke with Asa in Bay Alarm Medical customer service on April 1, 2024. My call was to cancel service for my mother's medical alarm due to her moving to assisted living. Asa was very professional and even offered to refund the remaining two months of my three month pre-payment. If the need arises again. I will definitely choose Bay Alarm Medical.
