The sales agent (Carlos) is excellent in assisting with my questions and issues. With a previous order which had to be cancelled (I had an incompatible VOIP system), the Customer Service department was somewhat less helpful. I appreciated that they informed me that the system had to be returned that day (last of trial period) to avoid being charged. Unfortunately they could not provide me with a RMA (free shipping back). Nor did they inform me that there was a procedure which I should have followed to power down the base unit. I received such an email the next day, which was of course too late, since I had rushed to a shipper to return the system the evening before. Otherwise, I'm very pleased with the response by the monitor team exemplified when my mother (for whom this unit vital) placed the fall detect pendent down on a hard surface and triggered a call as she was preparing to be bathed by the home care lady. BTW, with the previous unit, the Tech Support team was very professional and attempted to resolve the issue, which turned out to be a compatibility issue with the VOIPo companies VOIP phone unit. I HAVEN'T NEEDED TO USE THEM IN AN EMERGENCY BT IT IS REASSURING TO KNOW THEY ARE THERE IF I NEED THEM.

Only complaint is that the lights are too small for a vision-impaired person. My mother-in-law cannot tell if the unit is charged or even on without making a call. That said, the call center responds quickly and they are very friendly. Overall, I would recommend this product.
