The representative I spoke with, I deeply apologize I don't remember her name, was very knowledgeable and led me through the steps to process my request which made it very easy. She has a kind and gentle voice.

We are new to the company but setup was easy. The staff who respond to the "HELP"buttons are very nice and understanding of the testing process! The customer service representatives, specifically Elizabeth and Asa, are so nice and willing to help with my online edits.

I'm rating it a 5 star review for the outstanding customer service. I had to buy a new pendant so I'm still waiting to find out if it works here in AZ. We had this system for my mother-in-law for about 3-4 years and we never had to worry because we saw the response time was excellent.
