My mom received notice from Bay Alarm that there was a low battery notification. We called, the phone was answered quickly and spoke w/Asa who was so courteous to the both of us. She had us test the monitor and mom's necklace to see which one was bad and it was the necklace. She put us on a couple of brief holds and always thanked us for holding. We needed a new necklace and Asa explained how much it would be and how soon it would arrive and to make sure the old necklace was not within range of the new one or it could cause problems. She also explained what needed to be done to pair the new necklace with the home monitor. She was so helpful and friendly through the whole phone experience. She truly is a people person and an asset to your company! Thank you

Representative was very respectful of my questions, even though he has probably heard them a thousand times. He was also very helpful, and offered as much information as he thought would help me.

Have not had to use the system for emergencies. Just test runs. Everything went as promised. It is a system that will help if anything ever happens.
