I love Bay Alarm Medical! They truly care about my mother’s safety and are always helpful and polite!

Brian was a good listener and understood there was a problem with the equipment provided. We were getting interference with Spectrum because equipment not compatible with Bay Alarm. Order had been for cellular because we have AT&T cell towers.

Asa was very thorough, friendly, and professional in addressing our issue. She walked us through steps required on our end while explaining every step along the way. She resolved our problem and answered some additional questions I had afterward. Great service and terrific results.
