I do like it. Really have not needed it at this time but I feel comfortable having it with as I am home all the time except in the evenings. Then my son and his wife are here. Only a few steps away in next house. I live right behind them. Annette Wiest

I think Bay delayed a bit before notifying the medics. When I fell down the medics did not arrive at the side door per my instructions and delayed ten minutes at the front door. Did Bay not clarify where the house keys were to be found?

I wanted to change my billing plan. I went online for the online chat support. I made initial contact then they stopped responding. I tried it again and the same thing happened. Frustrating.

The only thing that I had a problem with was I had forgot to send in the Client Information Sheet. This was my fault, but I did not receive an email to remind me to sent this important document to Bay Alarm.

Setting everything up for my Dad was easy. We haven't had the need to use the service for an emergency yet, which is a great thing, but I'm sure if we do it will be everything they promise. I used another service first and had a terrible experience, so this has been a pleasure.

In less than six months since I received Bay Alarm Medical, I have not had reason to use it. I do however wear my bracelet all the time and it relieves me from worry. Janice Vogel
