Everyone I talked too was knowledgeable and very friendly.

They answered the phone immediately/no long wait time. Paid the balance over the phone and emailed the invoice. I don't want to have to dial in to signing in to a website so this email was very convenient.

Very helpful customer service, answered all questions and actively pointed out additional features and benefits that we weren't using, such as adding emergency contacts and testing the device.

Roy was very helpful, patient and did his best to answer my questions. He sent me a copy of instructions that I needed and we set up my home entrance plan. 5 Stars!

Roy was very helpful from technical support helping me understand the process for their firmware updates. He also helped us with changing the contact base for who to call in which irder which we were told was already done before a few weeks ago but apparently wasn't completed.

McKenna was very patient. There is a lot of information and she did a good job explaining.
