I have 2 elderly parents and use Bay Alarm on both.

I am always happy with the assistance from the staff when I have questions. We have used two types of monitoring. First the base with the landline. But as my mom became more confused we went with the SOS watch and it is just a wonderful tool to help ease our minds when we can't be with her to be able to track her location.

From order pre- delivery information form, to SIMPLICITY of set up, to ease of use, to ability to travel coast to coast with Bay coverage (even when I go for a walk, my wearable is with me!), to knowledgeable customer service assistance, every professional I have interacted with has been outstanding!!!!!
