Bay Alarm MedicalReviews of bayalarmmedical.com

The alarm system was easy to use and the company responded quickly when button was pushed. Fair pricing. Jared was very kind, polite and helpful. I had to cancel because my mom is no longer able to use it. She keeps taking off her bracelet and losing it.

After several calls I reached a representative that could help me make changes to my account and hopefully cancel an old account that kept popping up. The first few calls had language barriers and gobbled interference.

When setting up the device for my mother who lives in a different state than me, the operator thoroughly walked me through the needed steps. Everyone is very helpful at Bay Alarm Medical.

I called customer service because I was having an issue with setting up emergency contacts. They resolved the issue quickly and were very pleasant.

Staff has always been courteous and

Agent stayed on the call till we were both assured that all systems were working.

My Bay Alarm watch just stopped working today, even though it showed the charge at 89%, the watch face was black I have been wearing it for 9 months and never had this happen. I put my push button bracelet alarm on and pressed it to test it and within 30 or 40 seconds a very nice staff person asked if I need help but I told him I was just testing it. He took my name and address & thanked me. Then I called the customer service number and the response was quick. A very nice person was able to ask me a couple of questions then walk me through how to reset it. It was quite simple to follow her directions, but that was the first time I encountered that issue. I am SOOO glad that after a lot of on line research and YouTube informational videos on a variety of systems, pros, cons, and customer reviews on other providers that I chose Bay Alarm Medical.

Each representative was very helpful, thorough and professional. All my questions were answered.
