Highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical. I researched many medical alert systems and am so happy I chose them. The interactions were friendly and professional and receipt of equipment and assistance setting up was easy. No long term contracts which is great. Their customer service is excellent and their response time for alerts received is exceptional. Even if it was a false alert, they were prompt and reassuring. My most recent interaction with Eric in customer service was wonderful.
