Roy was thorough, helpful, and diligent in answering the many questions and concerns I had regarding my mother’s service. He was polite and professional no matter how many times I asked for clarification, and I left the conversation with the impression that my/our satisfaction with Bay Alarm’s product/service was as important to Roy as it was to my mother and me.

So Very helpful when I called in to ask about my moms alarm lanyard .. While visiting my mm, she had accidentally bumped it and was unaware while walking into her BR. Newer had that happen before. I never felt rushed and lots of my questions were answered. Team there are So kind and SO professional.

I called to advise that credit card had been updated. (We had received a notice that our card on file had expired.)The customer service agent checked that everything was correct. Novembers payment was made today (it was due the 12th)and he advised that the next auto-payment will be made on Dec 11. Great customer service provided by the agent.

Roy was a wonderful customer service representative and solved my issue promptly and successfully. I am very pleased with his help. I would recommend him and Bay Alarm.

I was in the process of setting us my new monitor and updating my account information when I encountered a problem. I called Bay Alarm and was immediately responded to and referred to the correct department. The representative walked me through what needed to be done and my problem was resolved. The representative was knowledgeable, courteous, responsive to my problem and problem resolved within 5 minutes.
