Simón helped get things working. But there were issues with it not working for a long time before this call. It seemed that it hasn’t been set up properly for a long time prior to the call as I had to reverse the connections and it’s unclear how long it has been that way. Simon was very thorough and helpful as were the people who answered the calls.
