My Mother and I used Bay Alarm Medical for many years. We were both extremely happy with their quick response, even to several false alarms. They were also fast to summon EMTS when the situation arose a few times. It was a comfort to me to know my Mother had help on the way at the touch of a button. When it was an emergency they called 911 and then immediatly me, so I was always aware of any situation. I highly recommend Bay Alarm Medical.
