I spoke with 2 customer service representatives and both were very clear in explaining the different products , how to operate the equipment, the steps I needed to take, and patiently answered my questions

The Bay Alarm customer service agent was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.She addressed all of my questions and concerns.

Zach was very professional on the phone with my Mom's pairing issue to the base unit. Once he reset the base unit it did work. However, when the person came on the base unit for testing the unit it was not clear, and very garbly. He said he was going to put a note in the record that when calls are made to my mom Berniece, to talk slow and loud, and very clear if possible.He also went through the call list in.
