The only reservation I have is that on the last fall it took some time for the Bay Alarm operator to come on. Someone from Bay Alarm called my phone before there was a response from the speaker on the console. Also, it would be helpful to know the number of the person calling from Bay Alarm so I could add it to my contacts and be sure to answer when a call comes in.

Excellent on alert center response when required. Proximity to base station in order to be heard is problematic in some homes and for some people. Mobile unit is very good although charging isn't the easiest to accomplish to have at the ready. Everything about Bay Alarm Medical is very good to excellent.

Accutually, we never use help button beside testing this system. But this kind things is are insurance for my partner. When he has the help necklace, I feel comfortable Emergency situation. Also, when I set up this system, it was easy. Thank you.

Often those of us with chronic conditions don’t like things against our skin. For that reason I can’t wear the wrist band. The necklace was too long and awkward when shortened. I ended up removing the cord from the necklace, inserting a safety pin to pin to my clothing. The service is great even though it seems to take a bit of time to get a response once the button is pushed

I'm satisfied with the product but not so much with a recent issue. The original unit failed recently so I called to report the issue. I'm very satisfied how the representative handled the matter but not so much with the shipping of the new unit. I was originally given a date for delivery of less than a week. It then changed on the date of scheduled delivery. I ultimately was without a unit for two weeks but was billed for the entire month. A credit should have been issued.

The unit could be smaller, and waterproof - then it would be perfect

Hi Claudia - Thank you for your honest feedback! Although the system is not waterproof, our wrist and necklace buttons as well as our wall buttons are waterproof. We advise all our customers to wear a button and/or place a wall button in the shower just in case an emergency was to occur. If our dispatchers cannot hear you- that's okay, they will still send help based on the customer's call list preferences. We will definitely take your feedback regarding the size and waterproof of the actual system - but we are glad that everything else is working for you and as stated earlier, the buttons are waterproof.
