from the information to the purchase time to the present I have had excellent service. the only issue I had was, like all other young people in the world, the assistants had accents and spoke rapidly which is difficult for the elderly. but we made it through they were all willing to change the rate and clearness of their voices. however, i would much rather talk to these humans than a robot. thank you.

Roy was adept at explaining the purchasing options and answered all my questions. He also helped me update an aspect of my mother's profile, as I was unable to accomplish it on the website.

I called customer service because the website was not allowing me to complete the transaction. I spoke with Kaitlyn West, a very friendly and knowledgeable CS rep, who quickly, efficiently, and pleasantly went through the process of ordering by phone with me. She answered my questions, discussed what to expect regarding the delivery and equipment, and explained what the next steps would be in setting up an online account. She also made sure I was familiar with all aspects of the plan I chose. I couldn't ask for a better experience and would feel very comfortable calling if I need assistance again.
