Got it in time and app was alittle hard to set but got help with communication with Dan was very clear and helpful

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products they offer and was able to assist me with all my questions. I switched my service from landline to cellular and it was quick and easy to do. We’ve been with Bay Alarm Medical for seven years now and I was so happy to know I could make the switch and remain a happy customer!
