The system worked fine, but the voices were hard to understand over the speaker. Company was easy to work with.

Tried for three days to get through to the company. Left my number for a call-back. Couldn’t answer when they called, I had to call again the next day. Finally spoke to someone about my stepmom dying, and she thanked me and said there would be no difference in price-I believe I am paying for 2 alarms.....got cut off before I could mention this. Very hard to get to a real person. Otherwise, glad we have the product. I’m less anxious about leaving Dad home while I’m at work.

I am a new client so I may be judging you wrong. Once when I was down on the floor of my garage I tried t o contact a voice. But beings I did see the green light this worked. I do feel a comfort of having a secure safety service to me. My niece set up my service. Hopefully I will not need to contact you as often. Phyllis Chin

Being the first time I was obtaining first alert medical units, I found the support given by Bay Alarm quite helpful in setting it up

Everything is great except I didn't get clear instructions on how to use the button on the wrist band. I am not sure about the procedure to follow when the time comes to use the help button, as to whether to hold the button down while communicating or if I only need to press it once. Thank you.

I requested the cellular-based unit for my stepmother, who lives alone in another state. One of my siblings helped her set it up. The unit appears to have worked properly, but there have been several false alarms as she accidentally triggered the panic button. Bay Alarm has been very prompt and accurate about making calls when this has happened. My concern is that my stepmother may be reluctant to keep the pendant with her, and thus won't be protected in the event of a real emergency.

I really like the product ,however my family member chose not to use it so ,I sent it back unused . I will keep it in mind if I ever need another one . Thank you
