Ruth fell and pulled the electric cord out to the plugin. She must have accidentally hit the monitor box, as she was not wearing her button like she was supposed to. We did get her to the hospital and you were helpful in getting the unit up and running again.

Gentleman on the phone was very polite and patient. He explained everything very clearly and wanted to be sure we understood everything before hanging up.

Jenny was able to determine that there was a problem with the base unit and ordered a new one at no additional charge. She was patient with answering questions and explaining their somewhat complicated billing process.

Great customer service

I have a problem that Google is listing the address where the device is located in a city 12 miles from where I live. I have been contacting the company that I had my alert with for 6 months and they made no effort to correct it. They would have dispatched emergency to that location. I bought a Bay Alarm Medical All in One unit and in one phone call they corrected the problem with their unit. My opinion, after having three devices from three companies is that Bay Medical is outstanding and that the Three in One is as near perfect as is available.
