i Was called immediately after I hit the alarm wrist band. I thought I was just pushing it to do my monthly test. After I must have failed at doing my test. The lady I talked too was very pleasant and asked me twice to make sure I was OK. It gave me great comfort.

Sarah (sp?) addressed my question with competence and knowledge. She has excellent Customer Service. Bay Alarm was "on top of" the technical question that was the reason for my phone call and had informed me about it before my call.
