Such a helpful tech expert. Dat was very clear in his instructions and gave me step-by-step instructions which made it easy for me to follow. He was very patient and explained things as we went through the process of resetting my watch do it could "talk" to me--announce that my device is charging. It lost its "voice" last night so I was worried about its ability to transmit a signal in an emergency. Thank you again to Dat and to Bay Akarm for having such a wonderful tech expert with really fine customer service skills.
