I did have to call for more info on the mobile unit as the print on the instructions was extremely small even for my daughter to read, and all the pictures were black (I assume because the unit is black) but extremely difficult to understand because of black on black. I would suggest the instructions be put in color to make the different parts more easily identifiable. Customer service was very helpful in walking us through the process with the mobile unit.

Soon after receiving my system, I dropped the necklace accidentally. I very quickly got contacted to check if I needed help. I did not and told the contact so. I was very happy with the quick response.

Pros: great customer service, polite US-based agents with good phone skills Cons: none that are thorny issues. My biggest complaint is reliance on paper forms to provide information on patient/customer medical conditions and emergency contacts. IMHO these should be online forms.

Explanation of 4 star. Want to be clear that a rating of a service that I have had less than a month and have yet to use is nearly meaningless. I am expecting them to be 4 or better but can not say that till tested.

Response was a little slow and seemed unsure. Response didn't give any specific info about who was coming or what kind of help was available.

Overall, my experience was positive. The Customer Service Rep had a hard time understanding what a carport is. Once that was clarified, everything else was great.

Honestly, so far I have NOT had to use Bay Alarm, but purchasing and in talking with the gentleman over the phone it was a very positive experience. I will let you know if and when I ever have to use Bay Alarm Medical.
