Over the years we've found the company was always rapidly responsive, as well as patient whenever my MIL set it off accidentally. Everyone has always been very pleasant and very professional. My MIL is now 100 yrs old and is no longer by herself, but I would not hesitate to use Bay Alarm again for any family member! Highly recommend!!
