Your service is fantastic! I spoke both with your dispatch center and your service center. Both people (Ennie at the service center.) were polite, professional and supportive! I received the information to figure out what happened at my aunt’s house and was relieved and completely satisfied. Thank you for your excellent and superior service!!!

I called with a question and the representative Austin was kind and helpful. I asked a clarifying question and he was patient and helpful.

We accomplished setting up the paper work without any problems.

The lady was very thorough and patient with my non hitech self

I disabled my home unit by accidentally unplugging the receiving unit, whereupon the plug disables itself. I got a ALMOST IMMEDIATELY from the Bay Alarm office with help to reset the unit and test it. I might add that the plug itself has a label on it that says DO NOT UNPLUG. Didn't see it. This is not the first time I've had timely and helpful responses from Bay Alarm Medical.

All of your people are totally understanding and patient. I was having trouble with fall detection and we decided I am not compatible with this feature. Too Active. Helped me to delete from account and gave me directions to return. Thank you
