Jenny did a very good job helping me set up my new device and changing from ATT to Verizon. She is an excellent spokesperson for your company very friendly and professional.

Derek was amazing. He was patient and he was kind. Any obstacle we had, he was able to help us work through it. We needed to replace my mom's bracelet and there were so many questions I couldn't answer. We had a 3 way call with my mom. Thank you Derek for helping my family. Your calm voice also helped me get through all of this troubleshooting. I was getting anxious trying to provide all the answers needed to resolve our issues.
